Welcome to 3dloto. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 3dloto ("3dloto", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the 3dloto online casino and lotto platform available at https://3dloto.net and all associated services, games, features, and content offered therein (collectively, the "Platform").

3dloto operates under PAGCOR regulatory oversight. The Platform is designed exclusively for entertainment purposes and is made available to eligible players located in the Republic of the Philippines who meet the eligibility criteria set out in Section 2 of these Terms.

By accessing, registering on, or using the Platform in any manner — including browsing, depositing funds, placing wagers, or claiming bonuses — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

To register and use the 3dloto Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are not prohibited from participating in online gaming activities under any applicable Philippine law, regulation, or court order.
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, officer, or director of 3dloto, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party.
• You have not been self-excluded from 3dloto or any other PAGCOR-regulated gaming platform pursuant to a valid self-exclusion request.

3dloto reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of age. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by 3dloto may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending review.

To access the full features of the 3dloto Platform, you must create a registered account. Each player is permitted to hold one (1) active account only. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

3.1 Registration Information

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile number, and a valid email address. You agree to update your account information promptly should any of the provided details change.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. 3dloto strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password not used on any other website or application.
• Never share your login credentials with any other person.
• Notify 3dloto immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account.
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly when using a shared or public device.

3dloto will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

3.3 KYC Verification

As part of 3dloto's compliance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws and PAGCOR regulatory requirements, all players are required to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before withdrawals are processed. KYC documents may include a government-issued photo ID (e.g., Philippine passport, PhilSys ID, UMID, or driver's licence), proof of address, and, where applicable, proof of source of funds.

4.1 Deposits

3dloto accepts deposits via the following payment methods: GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, UnionBank, 7-Eleven over-the-counter, USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph. All deposits are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP) unless otherwise stated. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply to each payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction.

By depositing funds into your 3dloto account, you confirm that the funds originate from a legitimate source and that you are the authorised owner of the payment method used. 3dloto reserves the right to request evidence of payment method ownership at any time.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, subject to the method's availability and applicable limits. Before any withdrawal is approved, the following conditions must be satisfied:

• Your KYC verification must be fully completed and approved.
• Any active wagering requirements attached to bonus funds in your account must be fulfilled.
• The withdrawal amount must not exceed your verified available balance.
• No pending security review or account investigation is active on your account.

3dloto aims to process withdrawal requests within the timeframe specified for each payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your chosen payment channel and any additional verification requirements.

3dloto offers various promotional bonuses to eligible players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and referral rewards. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general terms, unless more specific terms are stated on the relevant promotion page:

• Bonuses are available to verified, eligible players aged 21 and above only.
• Each bonus offer may specify a minimum deposit requirement that must be met before the bonus is credited.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements, which must be completed before any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are stated on a per-promotion basis.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. Bonus funds and associated winnings not used or withdrawn within the specified period will be forfeited automatically.

All games available on the 3dloto Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. In addition to game-specific rules, the following general gameplay terms apply:

• All bets placed on 3dloto are final once confirmed. Bets may not be cancelled or amended after they have been accepted by the system.
• In the event of a technical error, network interruption, or game malfunction that affects the outcome of a game round, 3dloto reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the player's account.
• 3dloto uses certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology for all applicable games to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within the game interface.
• 3dloto's decision on any disputed game outcome, once reviewed by the relevant team, shall be final and binding.

For live dealer games, including baccarat, blackjack, roulette, Dragon Tiger, and Sic Bo, the rules of the physical game apply as administered by the live dealer. The video feed constitutes the authoritative record of the game round outcome.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 3dloto Platform. Engaging in any of the activities listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant Philippine authorities where legally required:

• Registering more than one account, or registering an account using false, stolen, or third-party identity information.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including live dealer or multiplayer formats.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain. Any player who discovers a bug is required to report it to 3dloto support immediately.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering activity, or depositing funds derived from illegal sources.
• Attempting to reverse, charge back, or dispute any legitimate transaction made on the Platform.
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts, damages, or impairs the normal operation of the Platform or other players' experience.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited, using VPNs, proxies, or other methods to disguise your true location.

3dloto is firmly committed to promoting responsible gaming practices across all aspects of the Platform. We recognise that while the vast majority of our players enjoy gaming as a form of entertainment, a small number of individuals may develop problematic gaming behaviours. 3dloto takes its duty of care to all players seriously.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered 3dloto players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your account to manage your spending.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a defined period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily restrict access to your account for a defined period.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a permanent or time-limited exclusion from all 3dloto services. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and cannot be reversed within the exclusion period.
• Reality Checks: Periodic in-session notifications showing time elapsed and net gaming activity.

All content on the 3dloto Platform — including but not limited to the 3dloto brand name, logo, game interfaces, website design, graphics, software, text, audio, and video content — is the exclusive intellectual property of 3dloto or its licensed content providers, and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publish any Platform content without prior written consent from 3dloto.
• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works based on any Platform software or content.
• Use the 3dloto brand, logo, or any associated trademarks in any manner that implies endorsement or affiliation without written authorisation.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 3dloto shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Platform — including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of profits, or damages resulting from:

• Temporary or prolonged Platform unavailability due to scheduled maintenance, technical failures, or force majeure events.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing attributable to third-party payment providers.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Errors in game outcomes subsequently corrected by 3dloto in accordance with its error resolution procedures.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits 3dloto's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine consumer protection laws.

The collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal information by 3dloto is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering on the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, in accordance with the Philippines Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations.

3dloto reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Receipt of a valid self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• A court order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement request requiring account action.
• Discovery that the account holder does not meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 2.

Players may close their account voluntarily at any time by contacting 3dloto support. Upon voluntary closure, any verified remaining balance net of outstanding wagering requirements will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of any pending KYC requirements.

3dloto reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time to reflect changes in applicable law, PAGCOR regulatory requirements, platform features, or business operations. Where material changes are made, 3dloto will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or an in-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this page.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute, claim, or matter arising from or in connection with them or your use of the 3dloto Platform, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of a dispute between you and 3dloto, you agree to first contact our support team to seek an informal resolution. If the matter cannot be resolved informally within a reasonable timeframe, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines and, where applicable, to the dispute resolution procedures administered by PAGCOR.
